(3) Once you agree on a course of action, we get to work. If anything changes, we call you first. (4) Payment is due on completion — your $110 assessment fee comes straight off the total. Our hourly rate is $220 incl. GST and most problems are resolved within an hour. No hidden fees, no surprises.
