Two Dell work computers repaired. One running Windows 10 which was crashing (blue screen of death) caused by a corrupted program install. The program was removed and reinstalled and the computer was then stable. The second computer was infected by several instances of malware. These were identified and removed and the computer is now secure and running faster.
