A busy warehouse which ships goods ordered on-line was using very old computers. We came in and prepared an action plan and replaced the computers. At no time were staff impacted by the changes and orders kept flowing throughout the upgrade process. In addition we implemented some new technologies which save the staff hours a day in admin duties.
