David’s laptop wasn’t turning on, we assessed the laptop and found repair was going to be too costly so a replacement was organised. 

The replacement laptop was configured as a clone of the old laptop so David could pick up where he left off and continue using his programs.

We commonly suggest cloning when setting up a new laptop as this ensures all programs and settings remain the same as the old laptop. 

In some cases a clone is not possible so we manually configure the new laptops. We transfer the files and ensure everything is fully configured and works exactly as our clients would like.
